Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with members on escalations/challenges to ensure that members feel heard, and are happy with their experience with our company
- Touch base with a number of members each month to gather feedback and provide a “pulse check” on how they are feeling about their partnership with our company
- Make sure any new product offerings are communicated to all members in a timely manner.
- Get members excited about working with Loud Rumor and utilizing Loud Rumor’s content.
- Hold members accountable to utilizing resources to make sure their time working with us is an amazing and successful experience.
- Create, and manage NPS campaigns and compile the data to make sure Loud Rumor’s NPS scores reflect that of the top company to work within the industry.
- Relay member feedback to the respective manager(s) and account managers when necessary.
- Assist in ensuring account transfers are handled effectively and efficiently from the member perspective, while also creating projects in Asana with appropriate info to ensure account managers are fully in the loop regarding all steps of the transfer process
- Upsell current members on any platforms they aren’t currently on, and/or resources they don’t utilize so long as it will help their business.
- Help generate returns from frozen or paused members on a recurring basis.
- Help prevent pauses/freezes by having in-depth conversations with members to generate feedback on what needs to be improved, and making sure you get with management on what will be put in place to make those improvements when necessary, and relay these solutions to the member
- Make sure members are introduced into our FB group and engaged with during any waiting time before campaigns go live.
- Create and manage the process for handwritten cards to be sent to members on special occasions
- Handle any respective onboarding tasks and project creation for new agency members
- Assist Agency Directors on certain data entry/administrative tasks on an ongoing and as needed basis
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing or Operations team such as case studies, reports, etc.
Skills and Experience (preferred):

- Understand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them throughout campaigns
- Manage communication with clients and clearly communicate client requests using tracking (workflow) software; carefully review/proof and confirm that changes were completed as requested
